Raw diet

After I discovered the truth about processed, kibble foods, I was so angry that I spent all that money and Cash hated his food. I started with home cooking first and it went well, until I made a batch with raw tripe and I gagged at every single meal.

Now, we order BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) meals from a local guy. He was great, helping me establish a budget, menu, etc. His food is so fresh that the raw meals smell sweet and fresh. Not gross at all! I much prefer feeding this food than the home cooked!! Their stools are also firmer without all the extra rice and starch in the raw (as opposed to home cooked).

I will never go back to feeding anything else. Both of my dogs love their food and they gobble it all up. I want to clarify that these are pre-made mixtures, meat and vegetables. I also buy raw chicken wings and necks, but June really struggles to eat the wings. The vet also said their teeth are excellent! And Cash's dog breath is gone!!
