We are also doing Primal raw as well. Wrigley hates it, so she's just getting organic green beans. ( I think she's a vegetarian )We bought Primal chicken & I think Wrigley is allergic, she was chewing her paw and has now stopped. Next time we are going to try a different formula of raw.

| YT 1000 Club Member | I feed mine the wellness super 5 small breed and they have not had any problems with it. I also give them the nature's variety medallions mixed with some canned Merrick in the morning. I do this because they also get Kelp powder on their food so I need something to mix it in.

| Do you have a Petco where you are at? That is where we have to get our "Wellness" from. |

| Just want to add in another opinion... I would not put any yorkie on a high protein diet unless they had been Bile Acid Tested first.... yorkies are so prone to liver disease and many MVD dogs do not show signs until later in life. I had one of my yorkies on a grain free/high protein diet before I found out about his MVD and now I could kick myself for the time he was on it. So if you are considering grain free/high protein foods which can be very beneficial for some dogs... I suggest you have BATs done first

| We're still on Wellness Puppy here, but this thread will help us when it's time to make the big switch! Thanks for posting! |

| All FOUR of mine are on Wellness puppy. I am not going to switch any of them to the adult food, as they do very well on the puppy food and aren't fat. I really like the quality of the Wellness puppy.

| Hi, After reading the threads here I would like to ask what protein level should we look for? I don't know what is high or low.
