| Kiko just went in for his last week and he was a Champ!!! he was very sleepy and just not super active for two days but now he is back to his old self again. They gave me a cream to apply three times a day and sent him home with anitibiotic. Good luck to you! |

| The vet called at 3 pm to say everything went well. He was dehydrated so he is still on an IV for that. His blood work was good except for the the dehydration so he was also on the IV for surgery. He ha a lot of baby teeth that were loose and so she pulled those. 8 I think she said. They keep the animals over night for observation and she said I can pick him up tomorrow after 5 pm. She said I can call anytime tomorrow morning to check on him. I hope he recovers well over night. I miss him SO much. He is my little snuggle buddy. Thanks for the wishes and prayers. I hope things go all right tonight.

| Magnus got neutered past friday. I was able to bring him home with me the same day. Not sure how much bundle of energy Mickey is but you might want to keep him confined so he won't be able to run/jump around too much. I had a hard time with Magnus b/c of that. I was basically following him EVERYWHERE around the kitchen/hallway/living room. Even with that, he'd manage to jump on the couch, run somewhere quite a few times in that split second I didn't watch him. I think that's what kept him from recovering faster. The area where he had the surgery seems almost non existent now but I think he's still little sore. His back legs looks slightly stiff when he walks slow. Otherwise, I can't tell when he's walking faster or runs. And another thing to give you heads up on in case the your vet doesn't mention it. Mickey might not go poop for couple days but that's normal. I read that they might strain a bit while peeing too but Magnus was peeing fine just didn't poop for almost 3 days. (The vet didn't tell me so I got worried) Hope Mickey recovers fast! |

I have this morning to prepare some areas for him where he hopefully can not be to active. He is like a pogo stick most of the time jumping if I put him in his x-pen. I can open up his grow stages cage pen (den) so he can not jump up and down so much when he needs to be confined. Also I'll limit him to the kitchen/dining room so no jumping onto stuff either.
