Fecal Jackson gets his first Fecal tomorrow. Should I be concerned? And how necessary is this? I wouldn't want a fecla myself, LOL, I don't even like how they take their temps. Cant they come up with something they lick that tells them? I don't like him out of my sight when and I really don't like anyone holding him over a hard floor either.

My vet will let me get one the nite before. I usually get one the nite before just in case I can't get one in the morn. I put it in a ziploc and then it has to go in the refridgertor. (yuck I know but I have it wraped up really good) If I am able to get a fresh one in the morn I will bring that. Good luck at the vet.

All went well at the vet. The Dr. is almost ready to set up castration. And yes, she repeatedly used the word Castration, which made me think maybe my dog is being confused with a cow or something. Anywho, they excepted the baggie of poo, LOL! He is almost 5 months old and wieghs 4.7 pounds. They said he is almost at his full grown weight. She said they usually hit their peak at 5 or 6 months and then begin to full out. We'll see. Thanks for all the responces and ideas..
