				   | I give them to my two. But throw them away when they get to little. How big of bites did he get? |

| Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I think the consensus here is that rawhide chews are bad. Dogs swallow them and can have trouble digesting them. Eddie got one caught on the roof of his mouth one time that caused him to cough. I was glad I was home to remove it. You might go under the search menu at the top of your screen and type in rawhide for past discussions on the topic. Some people swear by greenies, but my dog swallows them, too, and I've heard bad things can happen with those as well. Best thing I've found are nylabones or dentabones.

				   | I give Yoda Dingo rawhide chews. When they get small I throw them in the trash. He also likes his greenies(loves is more like it) if they get to small I pitch them too.

				   | Yes, stay away from rawhide, it is definately NOT recommended by vets for Yorkies. As a matter of fact, are dangerous. I find dentabone is great and they absolutely love it.
