A bit of education on your little guys equipment. His testicles can be felt. However, there is a ring that has to tighten around them to keep them in place. This process can happen at a young age, but more than likely not until 6, 7, or even 9 months of age. Until that happens, he has the ability to pull them up at will, or when something scares him, or someone touches him.
It is best to have him nuetered at the same time you have any retained puppy teeth removed. However, it's best to have a conversation with your vet and have his growth platelets checked. Nuetering before the platelets are closed can interrupt his growth patterns.
