| I leave it down for him as long as he wants it. I've found that when he got them more often, he wouldn't want them though so now I buy one 12" bully stick a week from Pet Valu for him and it makes it more "special" and the 12" usually lasts him a few days. He also really loved those Himalayan chews so I'll definitely be ordering more of those.

| Maggie is a fanatic for bully sticks and himalayan chews! I keep them on the bookshelf and they get them after we're all done with dinner and go into the living room. She will go over the shelf and wait and keep looking up if we don't give it to her/them. lol They get them in the evenings. I noticed that they wouldn't eat their dinner as well when they had them all day long. Please throw them out when they get smaller as they can choke on them...know this from experience.

Giving Bonnie a fresh bully is so funny. She has to "kill" it before she can chew it. She barks, runs around it, pounces and throws it around. Then settles down for a chew fest. I love watching her, but I know not to give her a new one when the rest of the house is asleep. | |
