YT 2000 Club Member | Natural Balance I am thinking about changing my girls over to Natural Balance Ultra Premium. Does any one here have their furbabies one this? If so how do they like it? Any other recommendations are welcome.

| Natual Balance is a good dog food. Buddy has been on NB organic for about 4yrs. I add fresh chicken and veggies to his meals. He licks the bowl clean 2times a day. Sometimes you have to add other things to dry food to get them to eat. Low sodium chicken broth, boneless chicken, veggies like carrots, peas and string beans are alway a hit. |

| I tried the Ultra Premium Small Bites on my two. They ate it but didn't seem to like it. Plus, I think they have had some problems with quality control. There was a post on here not too long ago about a lady's pup getting really sick from a bad bag of NB. We swithed to Innova, which mine LOVED but it made their poop way too stinky. So, now they are eating Evanger's Pheasant and Brown Rice and really like it. |

Maximo does very well on NB Ultra Premium; however, I am going to try switching to Fromm's because I don't like that NB uses ingredients treated with ethoxyquin. The company claims that the ethoxyquin is cooked off during processing, but I'm not comfortable with it. | |

YT 2000 Club Member | I really appreciate every ones input. I value all the knowledge out there. I just want to get Prissy and Jasmine on the best food possible. Both of them are very healthy except Jasmine is skinny and that does tend to worry me.

| Mine are on NB Ultra Premium, and sometimes I switch to NB Ultra Low Cal for 2 that put on too much weight. Tiki gets NB Vegetarian due to liver issues, but she does sneak some of the other food too. All 5 bowls get proper kibble, then a little home cooked chicken/rice/veggie stuff, and all 5 doggies love it. My groomer suggested Solid Gold which she feels gives Yorkies the best coat. I might try that too.

| Maddie eats the Ultra Premium and Duck and Potato, both are small bites formulas. I have tried several brands of premium foods and Natural Balance is what consistantly helps to have small, firm stools once in the a.m. as soon as she gets up and once as soon as she eats her evening meal. Maddie tends to be a picky eater, so I was putting white meat chicken or cooked turkey or beef (drained and rinsed) in with it. Two days ago I purchased the Natural Balance rolls and grated some of it up on top of her dry kibble. She goes NUTS for it. Can't wait for meal times now. As soon as I get the roll out of the fridge to grate it, she is dancing and jumping around. I must say, it does smell pretty appetizing. Almost like summer sausage!! Haven't gotten brave enough to try it since the first ingredient on the lamb is lamb lungs! |

| I don't think Kobe would ever turn down any food. lol His problem he eats too fast in my opinion. At one point I would put a oz in his Kong so he would eat slower but it didn't take long before he was fast at getting it all out within a minute. Now I just put his serving of 2 oz in his bowl. He never leaves a kibble behind. I use his Orijen puppy Kibble for his treats when doing tricks and letting me know he needs to go outside.
