| A Rep from greenies even came to this site before and stated the new version is digestable. I would never give them or trust them.

| Thank you for sharing Murphy's story. I am so sorry your pup had to suffer. Hope Murphy feels better soon and we will all heed the warning.

Ditto. I do not trust them at all. They bought out Pill Pockets and I will no longer use them either.

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | When I had just CAli and Maya they loved their greenies, they would get them on the weekends and I would get an extra hour of sleep lol. When they came out with all the problems I stopped and my girls were so upset for awhile. Good reminder as it has been awhile since the initial problem surfaced. I am so glad your baby is ok.

| My vet gave my dogs a Greenie in their Christmas bag but my two don't like them so it's still unopened. He must not be aware of this but I will tell him when I go this week. I hope Murphy is doing better. ![]() |

| I am sorry your just finding this out. Why these awful things are still on the market it amazing. Yes, they are so dangerous. Dog's have died from greenies getting logded in this throats or intestines causing blockage. Please don't believe what's written on the packaging of any product sold for dogs or cat's. Manufacturer's will state anything to sell their products. Same goes for Nylabones. They are so dangerous. I hope your little one will be ok. When things settle down please write them a letter and tell them what happened. They say the new ones are safer but I would never trust them, ever. |

| I can't believe either that they are still on the market. Not sure about the "new and improved" ones but I do know that Greenies were like crack for Tatum years ago. Started hearing about all the dangers and stopped giving them to her. It took quite a while for her to not stand under the kitchen drawer where she knew they used to be. She would actually sit there and cry. We replaced that after-bath treat with bully sticks and she's loving them!

| Used to allow my doggies to have them, too. Joined YT and read about their dangers so I quite buying them. As stated earlier, my vet sells them. Think I will mention it to her or suggest she go on-line and see for herself. Hope Murphy is feeling better soon. ~Joanne~

| I am glad that your little one is going to be okay. I had heard about these before getting our yorkies and told all my friends who had dogs not to give them because of the harm that they caused.

| As a rule if thumb, I don't by treats that look fake. That includes nylabones and greenies. I've done this with all my pets. I even throw away real bones when I feel they've become dangerous for Troys consumption. I'm sorry about Murphy. Hopefully he'll get better soon. |
