Sensitive Tummy?

the fat content was 14% with THK; yes they did the cpl test and when i asked the vet yesterday about the wbc ; she said they are not up yet because i caught it in early stage; later on the wbc will go on.
i picked her up today; ; the vet said no food or water tonight either; she will be going back tomorrow for more iv fluids.
the vet says she has to be on low fat diet; something that is less than 5% fat. THK chicken and turkey are 14% min; so that's out of the question now.
the vet wants to put her on royal canin digestive low fat [COLOR=green ! important][COLOR=green ! important][/COLOR][/COLOR]rx wet food for at least a week or two.
i am not sure if it's a good idea to keep her on RC rx food for a long time. i dont think she will eat it anyway; she's really picky. but i have no other choice right now.

my dog that almost died of pancreatitis is now on purina ha for 4 years and it saved his life as he was so sick for a year. Maybe she is picky as it makes her feel sick when she eats. What is fat content on thk preference adding in cod which is low in fat?

THK preference has 5% fat min; i did get a sample one time and she didn't like it ; but maybe if i add the tilapia or cod she will eat.
i checked the ingredient on the RC digestive LF wet food; and it has pork meal and byproducts in it; i dont fell comfortable feeding her that; but the vet said it's best for her. i dont know what to do.
should i feed her that for few weeks and then THK preference and cod later on; however, shouldn't i be concerned about the mercury level if she will be eating that twice or three times daily?
