|  coco has a weird cough Hey everyone  Coco is almost 8 months but since I've got him, everytime I take him out for a walk he does this weird cough. It sounds like a deep dry cough with a mixture of sneezing in between. Now it's not constant but it happens at random times MOSTLY when I take him out for walks. Is it normal? Could be that I'm pulling too hard when I walk him, which I highly doubt....Let me know, I'm worried  Thanks  -Maria |

| it probably is from his collar pulling on his neck- he should have a harness. Yorkie are prone to having sensitive tracheas so that's why a harness is recommened. does it only happen when you are going for a walk? |

| Yeah it's mostly when I walk him...The type of harness is like a t-shirt type it goes around the neck and chest area. But I definetly think I'm gonna buy him one that only goes around his chest area. Do you think I should be worried... |

It's a yorkie thing If it is mainly when you walk you should notice a difference when you change harnesses. If not you might want to see a vet but I dont' think it will be anything at all- if he was doing ti all the time- id' say it could be kennel cough but kennel cough happens any time through the day. | |

| Thank you for your advice guys I'm definetly going to buy him a new harness although if I see it persists, then straight to the vet he goes, lol I'll let you in on updates Thanks again |
