Thank you! We have also been wondering about the bordatella booster and, after all the information shared, have opted to pass on it. It was the only vaccination that Milo had an adverse reaction to the first time and I have been very concerned.

It just gets me when I see vets giving vaccines they know is not needed or giving a vaccine that they know is of no benefit to the dog.....

This chart is a good guide to use till you get more familiar with vaccines ....

Just so you know, my Vet was recommending it at the time I bought Ivan and had the 72 hours to get him checked out simply because they were seeing a lot of outbreaks in kennel cough due to GROOMING visits redently in my area. Imagine that? Either way, i still opted out. Again, this is something you have to research and discuss thoroughly with your Vet. For example, I didn't bat an eye at having Ivan and Sophie both subject to the 2 Lyme booster vaccines. I live in Pa. Ticks are a huge problem. So please everyone keep in mind some on these are area specific which is why it's always important to speak frankly with your Vet.
