| We have dealt with this, or should I are dealing with something similar Remy started getting blister like bumps on his tummy and became EXTREMELY itchy - to the point that it was keeping him (and US) up at night I have eliminated all chicken and beef from this diet. He is now on NB Duck and Potato - that is his morning meal, he also snacks on it late night before bed. His homecooked proteins during the day are now ONLY fresh salmon, fresh rockfish (sea bass) and ground buffalo. I have increased his diary to include cottage cheese (in addition to greek yogurt) and have kept his veggies consistent. BIG BIG difference. Itchiness is greatly reduced in less than two weeks. He still goes through an itch routine in the early AM right after he wakes up and a bit before he goes to sleep, but no where near as bad. Also, found 1 flea! Yikes. Did the Dawn bath. Flea comb him every night. Have not found any more critters, so I think we successfully addressed that one. I grow my own aloe plants, and used fresh aloe on his tummy. All red "blisters" are gone. No scabbing, and no more scratching. Good luck with your situation! My advice would be to look at diet, and begin eliminating things that may be trigger points |
