if she's too young for a food allergy then it can't be the RC, but i don't like that she's scratching more and more either | |

I fed it to Paco but he starded vomitng too frequently, I'm not sure what in the kibble made him react that way but I switched him to another brand.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I didn't know about the eyes tearing and excess gunk being food related, maybe that's what was going on with my Yorkie but she wasn't eating RC at the time. I recently switched her to Wellness super 5 mix I'll see how her eyes are with this food.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I switched to Blue Wilderness from Royal Canin, and that when Joey got the excessive eye gunk, and I mean excessive. His beard was wet all the time too. I switched back, and within 24 hours it was much better, but still worse than usual, it took a couple of weeks to completely clear. I then had to test the food again, and sure enough the eye gunk came back with a vengeance. Switched back, and his eyes are clear again. I have no idea what in the food is causing the excessive tearing, but I'm sure the food caused it.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | If you think it's because of the corn in the food, then find a food that doesn't contain corn. Other reasons for itching can be environmental allergies, or not thoroughly rinsing after shampooing, or even using a human hair shampoo. Is this an all over itching or just certain places? Also, food allergies aren't apparent for the first 6 months. How old is she?

| I use RC and send all my new puppy owners home with a sample bag. The puppies & adults really eat it up. They love it.

| Well, if anyone wants to try it they are doing a 200% cash back rebate right now. i just got the form in the mail and saw that if you buy a small bag and your dog doesn't like it they will send you a check for twice what you paid!!! That's pretty good!! You might be able to get the rebate form online, or call to request one
