| spayed and 8 teeth pulled I had my 6 month old female yorkie and 3 yr bichon fixed today. I was so scared to do it. I have heard so many stories about yorkies not making it. My bichon had his teeth cleaned and neuter. I was worrying about him going thru both things. I was quoted on teeth pulling for my bichon but I ended up with a call from the vet stating Munchkin needed 8 baby teeth pulled. I was like ok go ahead thinking it would be better now than to wait. I no its normal to have to pull baby teeth at times but is 8 too many? Both are doing good. Got pain meds for them. Just trying to keep them from jumping around is the problem now. |

| I think it's almost easier on them to have it all done at once. That way they only have to go under once and they only have the 1 stressful trip to vet (at least I know my vet trips are always stressful for my little ones, not sure if it's the same for you). Glad to hear they are doing well! |

| Aw I'm so glad they are both doing well. Juicy got 4 teeth pulled when she was spayed. 8 seems to be a lot but our vet said its best to take them all out at once.
