| We started having our pups ears done right after her last shots. It was literally 5 mins. in the groomers lap and we were done. I was scared too that my baby would get hurt, but I stayed right there and watched and felt like it was the best thing for me to do, since I would be more nervous doing it myself. Having never done it before and having a wiggly little puppy and a sharp object just made me uncomfortable. Maybe you can check with your vet and see when he suggests you start doing this? Good Luck! |

| Teddi's ears were flopped down when he was younger. I just kept the hair on the top third of his ears somewhat short and I think it was when he was about 5 months old that they started to stand up straight on their own. No taping needed!

| Genghis had maybe has floppy ears, but when I trim the hair from the ears they popped up. I think it was just the hair weighing it down. Cute either way |
