Did your other vet told you to be prepared in case of a C-Section . Its not because she is 5 pounds , healthy and you are used to delivery that she will whelped easily .

Yes I know about c- sections. The vet said to call if anything went wrong and that was planned. She had such a nice delivery we did not have to call. She is so perky right now and protective over the babies with my other Yorkies. Rudy is my older boy (he shoots blanks) and Gabriel is the Father. He is younger then Grace and smaller.
I am so glad to that she did not have a abortion. I am uncomfortable with that kind of decision. If it was a option it would of taken a lot of prayer. We don't get alot of smaller dogs around here so it's still easy to find homes. Thank you all so much for congradulating Gracie and me.

My misty was 13 months old when her puppy was born. She weighed around 5 lbs. She only had one pup and the vet said that was because of her age. She did have a hard time giving birth and I called the vet as soon as she went into labor. Fortunately, I was able to help her and we had a tiny pup. The pup Max only weighs 2 lb 9 oz right now and he's 14 months old. Good luck I can't wait to hear about your babies!
