| I asked him about it a few months ago when she was getting some shots and he looked at her teeth and said they were fine. He sorta missed the point I think. I asked if he would pull the ones not fallen out when she was getting spayed, but he seemed to not think it was a big deal. I bet because it was not in the moment, but I was just trying to prepare. I meant to mention it when I dropped her off for her surgery, but I was so anxious about her going in for surgery I forgot. I checked her teeth last night and her top teeth ate little stubs coming in and she is still pretty bare on the bottom front, but a few are starting to show. So...her from teeth are all gone and new ones are coming. It is just the side and back ones I have no clue about. She does love to chew so I am hoping that she won't have any issues. I will have to keep checking. My Silly Strawb is chewing on her newest toy as I type. She and her sister (littermate of my mom's) got to open a present early last night as a treat because they were both doing so well after they Surgery last Friday.

Unless told to or allowed. My vet saw him not too long ago and she didnt say anything. Should i do something? | |

I don't know if you have been around many unneutered male dogs, but his behavior will definitely change in the next 6 months. They go from being an 8-year-old child to a teenager in the next few months. Marking will be a problem and running away will be a serious problem. If you are planning on breeding him, of course you don't want to neuter him, but if not, neutering is a wonderful thing. By the way, if you are planning to breed, it might be a good idea to have him evaluated, and make sure he doesn't have any genetic problems he can pass to his offspring. Many people like to neuter at a younger age, before they learn to mark, because once they mark, neutering only cuts it down, it doesn't eliminate it.

| Losing teeth fast Thank you JeffandKim for the advice on the frozen washcloth, my little Iggy boy is really enjoying it. I noticed his gums were red and he just lost another tooth while chewing. And thank all of you for your input, this is my first puppy and I too, was worried that he was losing so many so fast. |
