| Nutro recall, september 30 Thought this would be of concern for those using Nutro. NUTRO Pet Food Pulls Some Puppy Food from Shelves » By [URL="http://thewholedog.org/wholedognews/?author=1"]Dr.Jeannie on Sep 30, 2009 Nutro Products is pulling some of its puppy food off store shelves because of a production error, ConsumerAffairs.com has learned. A Nutro customer representative said the company is taking this action because a worker’s plastic hard hat was “sucked” into some machinery on Monday and the bags of puppy food may have plastic in them. Nutro’s representative said the puppy food involved in this action — distributed to PETCO and PetSmart stores in California and Arizona. Last edited by lil fu fu girl; 10-10-2009 at 07:22 PM. |

| Wow, I agree about the pet food recalls, diamond, wellness and royal cannin are also having similar problems. I switched to Life's Abundance Holistic pet food for my babies! Innova is a good product but it also sits on shelves in chain stores which tells me that there are some type of synthetic preservatives in it. Life's Abundance is made fresh weekly and shipped to ensure freshness. We all know that the longer a food sits the more the nutritional value fades, I have had mine on this since july and am really happy with it! |
