| Flossies are the same thing as bully sticks except they are spiral. Greenies are no good they are not digestable

IF your dog is a pretty aggressive chewer, you could try the more durable Nylabone, like this: Nylabone Durable Bones Value Pack at PETCO [Note: Even though both options come in "flavors", they are NOT edible!! Nylabone just added a taste to the chew to encourage chewing! ] Now, that being said, Bella won't chew on the durable ones. She's interested in them for like a second and then puts them aside. My thinking is they're just too hard for what she likes to chew. (I haven't tried the flexible ones because the only one we had was clear, which it looks like that's all they come in??, and I could never find it!!) Again on this note, there is a great dog chew called Antlerz (Antlerz Natural Dog Chews | Natural Antlerz Chews | Natural Chew Toy, Antlerz ), which do NOT splinter, but simply grind down over time, which is fine since antlers are basically bone! Again, though, Bella likes to protect and hide her Antlerz chew but not actually chew on it....because, again, she doesn't like to chew on really hard things. So, that leaves us with braided fleece toys (either homemade, which is really easy and what I do, or Fleecy Cleans are good too: Fleecy Clean Knot Dog Toys - Toys - Dog - PetSmart and they have in a ball form too which seems like something she'd like??) OR braided rope toys (like: Booda Fresh 'N Floss Spearmint 2-Knot Bones at PETCO or even something like this is good too and actually what she prefers over the plain rope now PETCO Tiny Tuggers with Rope Dog Toy at PETCO ) I've also heard great things about the Himalayan dog chews and would LOVE to try them sometime soon (they are basically edible, but it's my understanding that unless your dog is a super super aggressive chewer that last awhile and just kind of grind down??): Himalayan Dog Chew - 100% Natural. Authentic. No Preservatives. An Everest Sized Treat And, that's pretty much all OUR options...Bella has HMVD and so can't have the majority of the edible ones. Plus, a lot of the edible ones that she CAN have last like a total of 10 min or so On that note, she LOVES LOVES LOVES dehydrated sweet potatoes, which I've found at Walmart and also Sam's Yams makes them too. They are KIND OF a chew in that they take her longer than a regular treat....BUT they're gone within a couple of min. However, those are literally ONLY sweet potato PLUS she loves them, so I totally don't feel guilty giving her 1 of those when she is wanting a treat! Hope that helped....I know I'm long-winded, sorry!

| What about ice cubes? I know large dogs LOVE them, but my dogs love to lick them...so I guess it doesn't count as a chew toy lol |
