| Banfield? Has anyone used Banfield vets? Were you satisfied with them? Any issues/problems with them? Thanks for any info. |

My friend takes their bichon there, and they have had no problems with it. I however, am very picky where i take my animals, and i guess i'm bais beacause i have worked with animals for the past 7 years...i would just be careful where you go....i dont trust petsmart groomers, so just look into things beefore you go!

| I use Banfield and i am perfectly satisfied. I signed Oliver and Brooklyn up for the puppy package insurance which included all shots and spay or nueter. No problems with it so far!

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I have read more negatives than postives on Banfield. I, personally, would not use them.

| I use banfield. I am picky about which doctors they see but other than that I dont have any issues. They seem pretty eager to help me. I have houston on the puppy wellness plan. just about everything you need is there for only $22 a month for the first year old. i dont have bently on it because he is a year old now. but i am thinking about getting him on the regular wellness plan. I would only say not to use petsmart groomers, not even for nail trims. to many bad experinces. |

| Some Banfields have great vets and others do not. Even if you like the vet at your location, since it is a chain, I suppose the vet could be moved. I've heard that the puppy plan is a great deal but if you need anything extra, Banfield is quite expensive I guess. It works for some people and not for others. I personally wouldn't want to be locked into a plan for a year with just one hospital/chain in case the vet I liked left... I had also read on YT that (I think it was Banfield) one location was using an anesthesia that shouldn't be used. This would vary by location though.

| Thanks for everyone's input. I just wondered about them as I only recently became aware of them from reading them on some of the posts. Even though I've shopped in quite a few different PetSmart's over the years within a 100 mile radius (traveling, moving, etc.), I never took much notice of them. I barely paid attention to their groomers as trimming nails, bathing and simple hair trims I do myself. So, it looks like I'll be sticking to my vet. lol |

| I have taken my Yorkie to Banfield since we got him based on a friend's recommendation and have no complaints. All the people working there are very friendly and the doctors have been very patient with all my "first time dog owner" questions. I also signed up for the Puppy Insurance program and it has been well worth it! |

| I found another vet, because they just seemed to find stuff to add to your bill. I found a private vet office I liked much better. Don't get me started about the grooming portion Shop around and do what you feel most comfortable with. Everyone has their opinions and comfort levels
