Some Banfields have great vets and others do not.
Even if you like the vet at your location, since it is a chain, I suppose the vet could be moved.
I've heard that the puppy plan is a great deal but if you need anything extra, Banfield is quite expensive I guess. It works for some people and not for others. I personally wouldn't want to be locked into a plan for a year with just one hospital/chain in case the vet I liked left...
I had also read on YT that (I think it was Banfield) one location was using an anesthesia that shouldn't be used. This would vary by location though.
