| It is really easy..the only tricky part is the supplementing. I use Solid Gold Seameal and for calcium i use bone meal. It is very important to use supplements. and the get cosequin for the Joints.

but the shipping charge is a lot. Maybe you can go to Natures Variety website and find where you can get it or also Primal raw food.

Good for you for being such a great Mommy I know my little ones like a change once in a while too. How did you cook all the ingredients? Did you boil them and then put them through a food processer? I hope your babies ENJOY!

| I feed mostly prey-model raw and sometimes still give the NV raw medallions. I usually give one raw egg a week. I will also give a cooked egg once or twice a week..they like it...that's pretty much the only thing I cook for them. And I've cooked some white fish once before when Lacy had an upset tummy. But I usually just feed everything raw and try to get variety by feeding different protein sources. One thing I've always been uncomfortable about with homecooking is all the veggies used (and sometimes grains like pasta and rice)...I don't really believe in feeding grains and fruits/veggies (except for maybe the occasional treat) and it seems like all homecooked diets have quite a bit of these

| I don't use rice or pasta since i want them to still be on grain free diet. I give them NV in the morning and homecooked at night. I only use the veggies sources that they use in NV food also. The medallion does contain veggies so I figure it's a good thing and plus the nutrionist recommanded also.

I wouldn't recommend adding water as it's really moist already and i don't think it would actually mix with the water. I also just switched cold turkey for both of my two and they did fine. You might give a tsp of canned pumpkin to each and it might help to keep them from getting diarrhea

| Veggies should either be cooked or pulverized because they can't break down the cellulose efficiently.
