Try concentrating on one post at a time and look up abbreviations. We might be able to help you with questions. ![]() When I think about vaccines and how much they are overused (especially on Ellie), I have a hard time sleeping too.

| Thanks for the concern ![]() I understand most things, and I have also been reading Dr Terafaj for a while now, but this vaccines stuff is really crazy. In my country it is the norm to vaccine when puppies are 8 weeks old, 12, then 16. Then boosters every year then. NOBODY knows that sometimes boosters are not needed. BUT! It's hard to decide here, as stray dogs are everywhere, rats, etc etc and there's not many dedicated rescues for them, and it's a tropical country right, where diseases are ripe. I've also bought Mocha from a breeder, yes I saw the dogs, their homes, etc etc but as far as I know they did not do bile acid test. I am trying to find out where I can do it, or if ANYBODY knows what it is, but it also doesn't help that I don't know the Indonesian term for it. Imagine if I call up the vet and ask about titers.. Boosters.. Should we.. should we not.. I think most of them will hang up on me. So my problem is, even if I think our vaccination system is really flawed, I don't think there's anything I can do about it. ![]() *crossing fingers, hoping to be able to move to Australia soon*
