Wow, this is really helpful. Cassi has been tearing alot and I just came across this thread. I'm going to run out and pick-up a porcelain bowl and will give distill water a try. Hopefully, that'll help her stop tearing.

the lady said it should stop within a week and use a tooth brush to comb the wet hair. but should dry up.

Oh Thank You for this thread! I have the same problem with Katy. I am going to get me some distilled water and try that. I use a soft toothbrush on her face and beard when I bathe her but her hair around her eyes is always damp and I don't want her hair to be damaged by the tears.
