| I used RC for about 6 months, Bandit developed the "itchies" so I immediately switched to California Natural, and he LOVES it, and no more itchies. Plus RC is so greasy and full of fillers.

| Greasy?? Hmmm.... Chewie poops SO much when I use hollistic foods. He loves Blue Buffalo and that's what we fed him when we first got him. But I swear he pooped 6-7 times a day and it was always so loose with horrible stinky gas. That's why we switched to Hill's because the vet said it should help that which it did. But he will barely eat it anymore. So my friend had some RC for her weenie dogs and he gobbled up the couple pieces I gave him to try. There are just so many foods out there...it's all trial and error I guess.

| Ellie ate an RC prescription diet for less than two weeks. It made her very itchy (as it has lots of Yorkies) and if I remember correctly her stool smelled horrible and she pooped more than her normal amount. Because of the itchies she had to have a steroid shot. I would not recommend RC at all unless it is to treat a medical problem and even then you may have to deal with itchies.
