aaawww! I know how you are feeling..Pixie is coming up to 12 months old and weighs just about 3 lbs...I haven't booked her in for her spay yet..i'm so scared! i'm going to take her in very soon and have a chat with the vet..hopefully he will reassure me...Pixie also has a few baby teeth to come out..all four baby canines! I bet London will do just fine...we see so many little ones on here that do well...

Ella Bean is going in tomorrow. I just spent an hour on the phone with the vet tech going over the whole thing. I have never had a dog as small as the Bean, so I am EXTRA nervous!

As far as her teeth situation, they are going to pull everything they can, but if for any reason she destabilizes, they are going to wake her up. I HATE the word destabilize! Then we would have to have the rest pulled later.

They are going to do a 'nerve block' to prevent pain in her mouth for the 15+ teeth she needs pulled. Has anyone else had a nerve block done in their Yorkie?

I am a mess. The doc said he'll have the tech call me when they are finishing so I can be there when she wakes up. ARGH. I wish there was another way.
