| When I originally purchased Lilly we were only planning on having her for a pet. But after we had her for awhile I fell in love. I cannot be for certain as to the times I noticed her underbite and when she had grown out of it. She was originally just going to be a pet and I never paid any attention to her bite. I'm guessing it was probably a couple months after I brought her home, I only remember because I made fun of her teeth. I'd say about 12-16 weeks old. Once I started to think about breeding her, I researched the yorkie standard and started comparing her. She was probably about 6-8 months old at that time and her bite was a good scissor bite. I'll try to post some photos of her bite now too. I wish I would have gotten photos of her bite then to compare to now. Last edited by New2Biewers; 04-13-2008 at 01:14 PM. |
