I gave Sophie as Goldfish cracker as a treat and she loved it. Is this dangerous? I've heard they can only have certain table foods. She is healthy. What do you think about Goldfish Crackers for Yorkies? Thanks!

I would give her cheese Charlee Bear dog treats instead... Goldfish have too many chemicals/fillers/additives... I love them too but I won't even eat them any more.

I love them. (especially the parm) I don't know about giving them to puppys. I do know they have salt. I know someone on here will have some insight for you.

I would definitely stick to dog friendly cheese-y treats. Goldfish have too many perservatives and way too much salt for out babies! Tables foods that are ok are things like apples, pears, carrots, peas, corn, green beans, etc.

Yes they have wheat flour, but I have cheese treats that do not have wheat in them: Cheese Please

I don't remember if I've ever given Ellie Goldfish, but she LOVES Cheez-Its. I don't think a couple Cheez-Its will hurt occasionally (as long as your dog isn't allergic to wheat).

I didn't think about the preservatives and salt. She loves apples and pears though. Thanks!

The Salt Alone in it is bad ! there are plenty of other snack's They can have
My boy's Love Carrot's.
No Cheez-It's either,there just as salty & who know's what else is in it.

I usually don't give Ellie "junk food" but I don't think it will hurt her occasionally (kind of like vanilla ice cream) and I'm comfortable with it. I guess we are all comfortable with different things.

As a rule though, she doesn't get salty snacks because too much salt is horrible for them.
