| Dog Food Companies that won't Release Manufacturing Information This is floating around on the net. It's from the Whole Dog Journal. SOLID GOLD HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF THE LIST BECAUSE THEY DID SEND THEIR INFO...IT WAS JUST LATE. Makers that did not disclose origin of manufacture: Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. Azmira Holistic Animal Care The Blue Buffalo Company Cloud Star Corporation Newman's Own Organics Owen & Mandeville Pet Products Petguard Royal Canin USA Solid Gold Health Products Timberwolf Organics Evolve Triumph Pet Industries __________________________________________________ ___________ This is one of the reasons why I don't feed Buddy Biscuits anymore (Cloud Star). Maybe these companies would release their information if asked privately...it is interesting though.

| Not any big ones really and I might give one on occasion. Ellie gets homecooked food, so if one biscuit from any companies poisons her, all my homecooking work has gone out the window. I also don't like feeding anything from small companies who don't have money for quality control.

I know I am going overboard, but after having a diabetic yorkie for 4yrs I have learned that one bite of something they shouldn't have will send their whole body system out of sorts. | |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Interesting.....(*rubs hands together*) I am NOT a big fan of that Azmira - if you look at her entire website and reallllly dig in to her nitty-gritty, I think you'll see a whole lot of stuff that is concerning. At first, I thought it looked good - then I looked deeper and I got this creeping feeling of "dogma" (pardon the pun) that pokes through -- without any apparent awareness to the writer at all...very interesting.
