June was 600g at 8 weeks (a little over 21 ounces) and at 12 weeks, she is 32 ounces (900g). She is really tiny and I am hoping that she will get to be at least 4 pounds. Hehe, after she was weighed at 900g, I started feeding her more

Go to www.yorkiepassion. She has a very accurate yorkie puppy weight conversion chart. Your baby is beautiful!
Ours new boy Butler was 40oz. at 8 weeks - he's now 6lbs at 16 weeks!!!
My guess is she may be 6/7 pounds.
We have a girl Francie that is 11lbs. and she is the most georgeous thing I've ever seen!

Hi there is a great breere site www.yorkiepassion.com she post a weight chart. Our new baby Butler was 40oz at 8 weeks, he's alomst six pounds
at 16 weeks! Our girl Francie is 11 lbs. so we asked for a larger one, they are considered the runts of the litter. In my eyes they are perfect!!
Once you have the chart you can see where your little one is headed. You have to Google ounces to lbs conversion (unless you're Einstein!).
My guess is yours will be 5/6 pounds.

Yes, I would be. I would be asking why the puppy isn't registered. Sometimes, folks do that when they purchased their dogs with limited reg. then any puppies they have cannot be registered with AKC. Don't believe them if they say it is too expensive, cause it's not. I have registered puppies for around $30 for the litter. Also, a 2lb. 8 week old is probably going to end up bigger then the parents. Are they letting the pup go at 8 weeks? Yorkies should stay with mom until 10 to 12 weeks old.
Just take your time and ask the right questions and you will find a wonderful puppy for you

Oh no, my male was about that at 8 weeks. He goes in this Tuesday for last set of shots and I bet he's about 5 pounds...so I'm looking at an eleven pounder....lol!!!

If that's him on the left you bet! Probably more like 9/10, but remember most are so active so lean muscle weighs more than fat! LOL!

The general rule is double the weight at 12 weeks.
Big boy! He has the same face as our Francie and Butler both a little larger
thats Butler in our photo above and Fran under my legs. If he is a bit bigger you'll find he'll be an amazing athlete! He is very cute!

Laya weighed 1.8 lbs at 8 weeks. Her adult weight is 8.5 lbs. Her mom was 5 lbs and her dad was 3.5 lbs. Go figure... But I love every ounce of her.
