| Bad Breath I went and bought these yip-yap breath mints and gave one to Leo.they so dont work,and he had really bad gas afterwards.I bought a puppy dental care kit,im gonna try today to brush his teeth.why does he have bad breath? |

| Is he losing teeth right now? If so, that could be one of the reasons why--teething often results in some very unpleasant breath. There could be many reasons though...could be something with what he's eating, maybe his teeth need to be cleaned. Brushing the teeth routinely is a good way to prevent the problem. You can also find liquid products that you can add to the water to help fight plaque and freshen breath as well. Just stick with what you are doing and don't expect miracles overnight. |

| bad breath Hi- I buy my dogs the little round soup bones with the marrow inthe middle in the meat department, or at a butcher shop. My dogs have some of the cleanest teeth and no bad breath. Good for them and all natural. Donna |
