Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | this unfortunately is very common in small breed dogs. If they do not fall out on their own you will need to have the deciduous teeth pulled when she gets spayed.

| My Feather is 10 months old and has two complete sets of teeth. I keep trying to losen them but they are not the least bit loose. I hope to get her spayed in about 2 months and hope at least some will come out by then. I don't know if my vet will do a spay and pull all those teeth at once. In 18 years I've never had another have all these retained teeth. |

| i also noticed that his teeth aren't coming out.. they're just chipping and breaking... i don't know if that has anything to do with his diet or not? i've been feeding him dog food.. and lots of veggies for treats.. i mean.. i think his diet is fine.. i can't figure out what could be wrong and... i hope it's not expensive to get his teeth removed.. ahh.. the vet did mention they might need to take his baby teeth out before he gets neutered.. and i was thinking that it was just a way for them to make money.. but i guess not...? |
