Now, if you were to give him back, she would definatley Put Him to Sleep - How sad Please read up on the Lemon Law - B/c you have 5 days to contact the breeder once you get those test results back. You may have to take her to small claims court, but heck, the law is the law, so you would definatly win. I know you are a good Momma and you will do what you can to get your baby well.

| Hi We got the test and results yesterday, Everything came back normal the numbers were 5 and 20. So the Dr has now ruled out the Live shunt or any problems with his Liver. He said he was doing research on his head tremors and he is suspecting a cerebellum (brian) disease he showed me the book he had been reading and showed me a couple of diseases it could be. He wants me to go to a neurologists now.

| I am so pleased that you got such good advise from all the caring people who have had problems with liver disease (even though it was not that) aren't they just wonderful? Your vet seems to be a good chap, and hopefully he can set you on the right path. Please let us know what the neurologist has to say. You are a wonderful mommy and whatever the problem is , please know that there will always be someone here with advise and prayers. Whatever happens, you make sure that breeder gets what she deserves. I will be praying for you and your baby. Hugs Sheilagh

Have you made the appt. to see the specialist yet? Have you looked into the Lemon Law stuff, you will be able to hold the breeder responsible, but just make sure you contact her once you get some more results (remember the 5 day part) Keep us posted

| Yes Thank you all for the advice! It really has helped me, and thank you all for your prayers! The Vet told me to call him in a couple of days and he would do more research and call around to see if there are specialist in the area. He did suggest we try this medicine (forgot the name) on Kipper to see if the tremors would stop, he had read about in his book, but I told him to let me think about it. Thanks again to everyone!

| Well the Vet called me last night and would like to try and treat him with some medicine not sure the name of it I'll ask him again and write it down. He said that it wouldn't cure him but maybe help stop all the head tremors. He said while he had him there, he could hardly eat out of the bowl cause he couldn't stop shaking his head. I mentioned to all of you before I've been feeding him out of my hand, Anyways I faxed the breeder the info about the Puppy Lemon Law and faxed her all the copies of the invoices I have encurred, She called me right away and oh yea I faxed her the Vet reports, she then asked me if she could just give me back the money for the puppy and not pay all the Vet bills back to me I said yes, I know I am a fool but I just really don't want to deal with her anymore. and I will keep Kipper. She kept telling me should would give me another puppy but I told her I don't want another sick dog.

Ok, well it sounds like your Vet is trying to do the right thing by him - that's really GREAT! As far as the 'breeder' it's funny how she changed her tone, once she realized you meant businees. I am glad that at least you are getting your money back Keep us posted, but it sounds like you are on a good path

| Oh I knew she would call me right away I didn't expect her to change her mind so quickly, but I'm glad she did Thank you so much for all the helpful info!! My Vet is a real good guy, he seems very caring and has been doing research on his end for my Little puppy Kipper, which I'm very grateful for.
