Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie has oily hair but it is easier to comb. I just have to wash her more often. Hopefully some others will have ideas for you.

| Same here. I don't think it's a bad thing, she has a very easy to comb coat that never mats, she just needs a bath every week.

| Bella had oilier hair when she was young, but not so much anymore. I found when I pet and kiss them alot my dirty hands and chap stick makes it worse

| yea baby shampoo or some sort of panteen pro v for oily hair would help. normally those would dry a yorkies skin out but i guess in the case of your yorkie it would help. id start by using a nicklesized amount of baby shampoo and a nicklesized amount of doggy oatmeal shampoo. dont want the skin to dry out and then you get itchyness and all that. |
