Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | ![]() Yup, i had a dental done on her in august because she had a retained molar. So that was pulled and two other teeth (one of which was retained in the back and the other was 'extra' lol). her teeth are clean. I just don't get it.

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | ![]() that's what i thought. I'm gonna cut the beef out for a while and see what happens. Only venison for a little bit. no more chicken or beef. i had the chicken ones for a month and i think it gave her the anal gland problems. *sigh*

| ![]() my girls don't have tear stains or bad breath either. they are both on Venison and Lamb diet. I use both NV and Primal brand. I switch and rotate between both. they are soooo spoiled and they get sick of eating one thing for a long time. ![]()

| ![]() I have one that when I feed venision she has a nice black runny poop the next day!!!! I have a couple who tear also and have not noticed any improvement as of yet,But the teeth do look better and the breath does smell better. My skinny picky eater has gained weight, and my tea cup of 15 pounds is slimming down ![]() I leave out NV kibble for I do have one who really does not like raw,(she is getting better)and a pg female also who is really picky right now and want to make sure she is getting all she needs,Noone seems to touch it much though but it is there if they need it. I just wonder with her being pg what else I should be giving her? (on raw) |

| ![]() We use Primal Lamb. I'm lucky, Hyun So's not too picky about what she eats. She doesn't have any breath issues. I bring her to work with me and people actually want her to give them kisses and comment that she doesn't have bad breath. She had runny eyes, but after she was treated for a skin infection (the vet recommended I keep her on lamb and gave her an antibiotic), her eyes cleared up and we've been eye gooey free for about two months. I also trim around the eyes to make sure the hair is not irritating her. There's a thread somewhere (I don't remember exactly where) on Yorkie Talk specifically about runny eyes. I found it pretty helpful. Also, a nurse at my Dr's office was telling me today that his maltese used to have bad tear stains until he started giving his pup Angel Eyes. He liked it but that's all I know about that supplement. |

| ![]() I started raw for my 2 pups a few days ago...I used NV's beef frozen raw for them...my yorkie loved it and just swallowed them down in few seconds!! However, my other pup which is a Pomeranian, changes his attitude today...He won't finish his meal like the day before, and just walk away. Should I change the meat? Also, my yorkie seems to lick and bite her foot after having raw. Is this allegie? She used to do that before I think but it becomes more frequent....or was I just too worried?? Btw, I feed them raw in the morning and dry food at night. They won't touch the dry food unless they are really hungry. I guess its because they love raw more?? Sorry for the long questions... ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() My kids are on beef and pork strictly right now. I already see an improvement in Codie's allergies. It seems that he's allergic to turkey and chicken.
