| I don't know anything about Primal but Lacy's been eating Nature's Variety raw medallions for a year and a half and is doing great

| Primal In my opinion Primal is better!! It does not have all the added ingredients that raw does not need. It is closer to the actual raw diet than NV. I feel that NV has too many added ingredients, but I gave this too my Eskie who loved it. We unfortunately can not get Primal in our area. My westie is allergic to any kind of eggs (poultry) and NV has LOTS of different eggs in it so he could not eat the medallions. He eats Solid Gold Just A Wee Bit. IF Primal ever comes into my area I will definitely switch him to the Primal!!

| you are lucky to be able to get both in your area... we can't get Primal here... when Layla's allergies calm down (Hopefully when the snow starts!!) she will be switching to NV |

With regards to Primal and NV, I can get both, which is great, but it makes it harder when you have so many sides on which is better!!!

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i had this discussion with the owner of a holistic pet store that sells raw and he said that NV is actually better because the % of actually meat is higher then in primal. There are a variety of brands i can get but i buy NV over primal now. Also if you can find AFS, its even better. no veggies and it has added tripe
