| 80 capsules for around 14 dollars....even though I only have one with LP...I keep all of mine on Glucosemine. If you get it through the vet...it'll cost more....over time it can get expensive.

| Also the human grade glucosamine is the best. I buy the kind in capsules that I just open and sprinkle in their food each day. |

| My vet cautioned, not against the Human grade, but to make sure it is the proper measurement according to weight.

| Is there a particular brand of glucosemine to get? I looked up the Cosequin but the website doesn't list the ingrediants.

| Vet prescribed Cosequin for cats.....80 capsules in a box. Cosequin being the brand name.

| Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | Cosequin is good if your looking for something to get from your vet. You want a supplement that has glucosamine and chondrotine in it. I heard shark cartalidge if the best source for this. For dogs with a higher grade of LP the Whole Dog Journal and the holistic store i go to recommend Dog Gone Pain. Does anyone know the amount of each supplement they are suppose to get?
