| where to cut?? I have a question about trimming the hair of long-haired Yorkies.... Do you guys have the hair around the eyes trimmed? My groomer trimmed that hair but then also shaved like the whole bridge of her nose! I have been letting it grow out now and it looks silly, but my breeder said they shouldn't cut that part?! I don't think they should have either! I also just took the puppy for her first time and told them to ONLY open up the eyes and not to touch the rest of the hair....could be my imagination, but it seems her whole beard area was trimmed up too! I kinda like it long and growing! But am I supposed to have it all trimmed up so it's neat? Silly questions, but I appreciate your input! Thanks!

| I hate when the groomers cut my Yorkies between the eyes. I always told them not to and sometimes they still did. I found a new groomer. The first time I took my dogs there, she still cut between the eyes. I went off!! They never did it again. The growing in stages are kind of hard because the hairs can poke the eyes but I grew theirs back out and lke it long into their pony-tail. But grooming should be to your own personal preference.
