| brushe and shampoo Hey I am anticipating a new puppy sometime soon. Somebody said not to use a brush with ball tip. Why is that? I also have some catalogs for shampoo. One I am looking at is coat handeler but it is high and all. Can you use regular shampoo on a yorkie? My brother has a fiest and uses baby bath on her. |

| Pin brushes with balls on the tips pull out hair. The little ball catches on the knots. I love the Chris Chrisiansen pin brushes. The pins are polished on the ends (no balls) and don't scratch skin like cheaper pin brushes that you can get at the big petsomethings. As far as shampoo goes, everyone seems to have different opinions. Whatever you choose to use, dilute it with water and rinse well.

| Thank you. I didn't realize that about the balls on the brush. I'm trying to get things together. As far as shampoo I guess I'll ask the breeder that I get my puppy from what they use. Then I can try different things later on. Michelle |
