| ![]() She still looks real cute. I think you should always get that "puppy hair" shaved off once to allow the new coat to come in .... free of mats!!! You'll be surprised how much nicer her new coat will be. Hair grows fast... give it two weeks.... ![]()

| ![]() I think she looks cute! My Zoie weighs around the same, a little less and I can't imagine her shaved, she's so tiny! I agree with everyone about the dresses and now she won't get hot in them! I do think that it's odd that PetsMart and Petco would shave a yorkie. And some people here said that was standard. I'm sure glad I haven't gone without that knowledge. I would have been freaked out!!! :-( Now I know what to expect and ask for. It's good for everyone here to share! |

| ![]() Ya'll are so sweet, and I of course think she's adorable no matter what. . . That's what I'm hoping for (that the new coat will grow in nicer); her puppy ends were definately ratty, and the hair that's coming in now feels so silky! I also bought some CC stuff to use on her, and I'm giving both pups Brewer's Yeast. So everyone keep your fingers crossed; I'm doing everything possible to ensure the coat that grows in is as silky and strong as possible. Connie, You're right -- she looks very, very skinny!! And incredibly tiny; I knew she was small, but I didn't realize how small till all the hair was gone! The dresses you've made me are a life send! They are really making the difference in her looks, and protecting her from sunburn! ![]() Thank you everyone! Ya'll are amazing -- I love the support and understanding I get here!!!

| ![]() OMG!! Poor little thing! Actually she is cute. I however, would not have paid a penny for it. You were overcharged in the first place, the gal had an attitude on top of it!! I know it isn't easy to confront, I have a very hard time myself with any type of confrontation. But when it would come to something like this I would just have to do it! I have always done my own trimming, but I have cotton coats and it's easier. My Angel is a different story she is very thick silcy coat so that is new for me. I ordered a cd on grooming from target.com and I bought a trimmer with attachments from petsmart. I haven't tried it yet but I am sure it will work out. after a few mistakes. ![]() |
