OMG!! Poor little thing! Actually she is cute. I however, would not have paid a penny for it. You were overcharged in the first place, the gal had an attitude on top of it!! I know it isn't easy to confront, I have a very hard time myself with any type of confrontation. But when it would come to something like this I would just have to do it!
I have always done my own trimming, but I have cotton coats and it's easier. My Angel is a different story she is very thick silcy coat so that is new for me. I ordered a cd on grooming from target.com and I bought a trimmer with attachments from petsmart. I haven't tried it yet but I am sure it will work out. after a few mistakes.
