| Favourite grooming products I know everyone has their favourite shampoo conditioner and detangler. So I wondered if we could have a top 10. I have an ulterior motive, I'm hoping to draw on your experience before buying my girls products. Has anyone heard of EQyss? I am looking at 1EQyss 2 pet silk not sure which one 3 Chris christienson again not sure which one This is all I have so far. The girls are almost 6 months. So come on have your say, maybe tens too many how about 5.

| When it comes to smell, I just LOVE the Bio Groom Fluffy Puppy shampoo. As Fido is with short hair now (very short) and doesn't mat unless a little on the head, I use it sometimes. The coat becomes so clean, and fresh When it comes to matting I use Pet Silk (Mountain berry), Pet Head (In the hot pink bottles), Vellus & Plush Puppy (Primrose)...

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Right now I am using Biogroom Ultra Silk Conditioner which I love!!! For Shampoo I am using EZ Groom Medicated Oatmeal Shampoo and it works wonders too! In the past I have used Chris Christensen Spectrum 10. I liked it too I have used Pure Paws while I enjoy the smell the conditioner wasn't my favorite. For Conditioner so far Bigroom takes the cake

| Yorkie Splash and Shine is one of my all time favs. I have also used Chris Christensen, Minksheen, and IV San Bernard. I think Yorkie Sheen detangler and PEK conditioner are must haves.

| I have used the same shampoo for about twenty years, but I am just now trying out some new products on Katie. The shampoo that I love is a shampoo that is so conditioning that you don't need to use a separate conditioner. It used to be called House of Anju but it was sold to Jerob. I have given some to a lot of people who have had problems with their pups' skin or allergies, and this shampoo does wonders. My original breeder recommended that I use it on my three little girls, and at the time, it was used by a lot of show breeders. It is made from cocoa butter and mink oil, and it's great for the skin and hair, and it smells great. It makes the hair really silky and soft. I buy it in the gallon size, and it's so dilutable that it lasts for years. This is what was quoted about the shampoo, and I would agree with their assessment: The most important step when bathing a cat or dog for show or as a pet is to keep this coat and skin in the best condition. Cocoa Butter & Mink Oil Shampoo is the perfect product to do this. Dilute at a rate of 20 to 1 and your coats will never be in better condition. Even on long coats like Persians, Pomeranians, and Maine Coons, the Cocoa Butter & Mink Oil Shampoo will leave the coat in condition and clean with out any heavy residue. Conditioning is done without changing the texture so on wire coated and coarse coated breeds it is safe to use. Exhibitors, Groomers and Veterinarians have found that this product has eliminated many skin prroblems such as "hot spots" and excessive itching. Animals that have had "allergic" problems with other products have used Cocoa Butter & Mink Oil Shampoo with no reactions. On dark colored coats a shine will be left on the coad which will make your dog/cat stand out when being judged. Using Cocoa Butter & Mink Oil Shampoo, along with Jerob Black in Shampoo will produce the darkest coat with a healthy shine or impress the judges and your friends. This is the best shampoo to use all by its self on young kittens and puppies if needed. Jerob Cocoa Butter and Mink Oil Shampoo | Jerob I have recently tried Isle of Dogs No. 10 Primrose Shampoo, No. 51 Heavy Conditioner, No. 62 Evening Primrose Oil Conditioning Mist, and No. 63 Detangle Conditioning Mist. Isle of Dogs I really like this line, and Kristin (Maximo) sells it in her new boutique. I will definitely buy it from Kristin from now on. She has great wooden pin brushes that are excellent for grooming and so many other great products in her new boutique. Dog Accessories | Grooming Supplies | W. Field's Dog Boutique Sale: enter Coupon Code "LUVYT" for 10% off Kristin, Max & Teddy I have also tried the Spectrum 10 Shampoo and Conditioner by Chris Christensen. I ordered some more products from them that I am also going to try, but this did leave the coat silky. They have some great trial size packs and also some promotions. Shampoo Systems Kits Sample Sizes for Pet Grooming, Show Dogs & Cats Chris Christensen Specials & Promotions Lastly, I love Pek conditioner, which also makes the coat very silky. I haven't tried any of their other products, but I hear they are excellent. IV SAN BERNARD PEK CONDITIONER

Ok I am curious about the Jerob shampoo. Did you use the PEK conditioner and the Jerob shampoo? I love PEK. I have used some of their other products as well that I thought was fine. I have been using YSS with the PEK. I am interested in knowing more about the Jerob shampoo. Can you tell me what it smells like?

| i'm sorry that I didn't answer this sooner. The Jerob shampoo is highly concentrated, and although they say to dilute it 20:1, 16:1, or 12:1 depending on how hard or soft your water is, I more likely use five parts water to every one part shampoo. The smell is not florally or perfumy, and my husband and I love how it smells. I have terrible migraines and allergies, and I react terribly to certain products, particulary any chemicals, but I have no problem with this shampoo. It makes the hair very shiny, silky, and smooth. I haven't tried it with the PEK yet, mostly because the Jerob, with the mink oil and cocoa butter, is so moisturizing already, so a conditioner isn't really necessary. I'm going to bathe Katie tonight, and I'll try both of them together. I highly doubt there will be a problem because neither the Jerob or the PEK make the hair greasy, and they also don't weigh the hair down. I just love the Jerob shampoo, and that's why I have used it for the past twenty years (except of course for the two years after Ashley passed away and before I got Katie), I love that it's not drying for the skin. It's a very luxurious shampoo, and I don't know if it will be your favorite like mine, but I don't think you'll be disappointed in it.
