| What to do with Gracie's Hair She is now six months old and I used to say she had her own built in visor - but now... she has a full blown awning happening. She hates having a bow in it and usually has it out in under 5 minutes. Is there a common type cut for a yorkie or is it all personal preference? I kind of like our atempt at a head band but she didn't. |

| Awww, in the second pic she looks like my Sami. We have the same issue with her hair. I am hoping she will get tired of it being in her face and let me do the bow!

| She is so cute and your "built in visor" and "full blown awning" descriptions crack me up. I wish I could help more. It just sounds like her hair is in that awkward stage.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Gracie is so cute. When I got Pixie at 13 months the breeder had just cut off her topknot. We liked the look on her and left it. I just cut it every few weeks to keep the spikey look. I have 2 in topknots and 2 without. I just go with what works best for each one. Somejust don't like bows. Picture of Pixie without topknot and Roxie with one.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | What a cutie pie! I think you have to train a dog to like a topknot and bow, and this site has some good suggestions. Top-Knot How To's - The Diva-Dog Bowtique Quote:
