| help with bows? I want to make my own.... I have been making normal bows for my baby since I got her on valentines day. I want to try and make the double loop style show bows for her since we are growing her hair out. I have attempted to make some but they just don't seem to look right then again I have only read instructions and they weren't too clear can anyone point me to an illustration or video that will help me? Thank you |

| There is a person on Ebay who sells a video on the basics of bow making. I don't have a direct link, but you should be able to find it easily doing a search for dog bow making on Ebay. |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Have you tried checking on youtube for videos? There are a ton of different vids there, not sure if there are any for the style that you are looking for though.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Here's a thread on making bows. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...make-bows.html. An easy way to make a double loop bow it is to just take a 3 inch or so piece of ribbon and put it in a circle and sew the ends to the middle. Take another shorter piece of ribbon and do the same and attach it to the first. Sew a bead or other embellishment on the top, looping the thread around the whole thing, and sew a band on the bottom. I use spray stiffener on the ribbon (you can buy this at craft stores) and put large glue sticks inside the loops until the stiffener dries.
