I had a kids set from Target that had bows, bands, and scrunchies. We use the bows for human babies, but the bands work awesome in little puppies hair!

Thanks for the video! I just ordered a couple of pairs of hemostats from amazon.com. I can't wait to try them out!
I know a neat way to tie your own bows too:
"Slip your band on a pencil, then wrap your ribbon like the breast cancer ribbon but fold top of loop to the center to form the bow, place against the pencil slightly above the band. Holding the bow in place, pull front side of the band across the bow and over top of pencil all the way to the back . Fold bow in half and hold tight, now pull the other/bottom loop of the rubber band back over the top of the pencil. Slip the band off the pencil and pull band loop to tighten on the bow.
