| update....just gave Jada and Bogie their baths since getting the gloss and mink oil. I mixed the mink oil in with the shampoo (per instructions on website) I also put in a couple of drops of the sil-plus. I finally used a dryer on them as I have always just let them air dry (afraid of burning them) final brushing with the gloss and Bogie looks so good. He is not super shiny and he never will be with his cotton coat, but he doesn't look dry and his hair is so straight and laying down nicely. I highly recommend the gloss and mink oil. Mink oil works great too for brushing him. I have been using it every other day (and it takes less than a pea sized amt) I work it through his hair with my hands then brush with the daily spray I mixed up per the instructions on website. AWESOME RESULTS!!!!

| You can use the PEK pure when dealing with a few matts. Wait until it dries (about 10 minutes). Take a flea comb and they will come out without damaging any hair. You can also dilute 1 tablespoon of PEK in a spray bottle of hot water, then shake, shake, shake until it becomes cloudy white. Spray entire dog before bath. The longer it penetrates the skin & coat, the easier it will be to demat during the bath. You can also use the same spray after the bath as a leave-in conditioner to remove static. We also suggest to use the spray before daily brushing to avoid breakage. You can also add a tablespoon of PEK to the Green Apple Conditioner if coat is cottony. It will help in making the hair silkier if used regularly. Last edited by ivsanbernard; 06-05-2010 at 01:53 PM. |

Thats great info, I mixed the spray and use it for daily brushing, but didn't know to leave the pure PEK in the matt til dry or to use the spray before baths. I also have been mixing it with the green apple conditioner. The more I am using it the silkier my cotton coated Bogie is getting. Thanks

And could you post the ingredients in Sil Plus? I can't read the tiny print on the bottle. Thanks!

| There is a $75 minimum order charge as stated previously on Yorkie talk and on the Home Page of our website, this to cover handling costs. We are normally a wholesale organization but we made an exception for Yorkie Talk members under these conditions. Some members have been combining their orders to attain that amount. |

| Thank you for replying and clarifying, yes my oversight, I do recall reading at the beginning about the $75. min order and totally forgot when ordering. Do I just add on an additional order to the current one? |
