I don't think they do samples, but they are usually very good at getting back to you. I have sent a couple of emails and twice now Linda has called me personally to answer questions. Most recently I had a question about something for Jada since she had an allergic reaction to food and scratched out half of her hair on her head (happened while I was at work) She is on the mend now after getting a shot and a stronger anitihistamine. Linda called me to see exactly what kind of damage she had so she could tell me the exact products I needed. They have awesome customer service.

There is a Global Pet Foods store in Guelph, Ontario. I don't know how far that is from you but here is their info:

I agree and thank you again Jen - The PEK Conditioner has been working great on Chanel's coat and even Cheri's who is pretty silky.

I've emailed the US contact & the headquarters in Italy, which being at least on the same continent.....well give or take a few miles of sea

.... you'd expect it would be to be easier to get!

Here's a pic of my Murphy from a couple of days ago. He has a combo coat, but the PEK makes him so silky and shiny!

I am still totally in love with this product.

I am wondering where I can by PEK Conditioner By IV San Bernard or is it only sold at shows? I would like to try it on both my Yorkies one is a silk coat and the other is a cotton coat I think she doesn't have a lot of hair. I think maybe the reason she came from a hot hummid climate. She came from San Antonio Texas. I have heard nothing but good things about the conditioner. Any other recomendations mabout Yorkie hair care products?

On the first page of this thread, Jencar98 posted a link to the Iv San Bernard website. As a YT member, you can buy directly from them but your order must be at least $75. You'll have to create an account and give them a little time to activate it. I'm hooked on the PEK for my pups!
