I don't think they do samples, but they are usually very good at getting back to you. I have sent a couple of emails and twice now Linda has called me personally to answer questions. Most recently I had a question about something for Jada since she had an allergic reaction to food and scratched out half of her hair on her head (happened while I was at work) She is on the mend now after getting a shot and a stronger anitihistamine. Linda called me to see exactly what kind of damage she had so she could tell me the exact products I needed. They have awesome customer service.
