| My boys don't like it, but I wet a wash cloth and wash their faces and chins with that during bath time. Since there's no soap on it, don't have to worry about rinsing or soap in the eyes. |

| I would say Harley hates it as well, but tolerates because she knows that its a must. I usually do this last. Don't know of any insider tips to get him to like it, but just be consistent and do it anyway. You may already, but if not, make a habit of touching his face, wiping his eyes, and combing his mustache as part of a daily routine. Then maybe he won't fight it as much when getting washed?

Yorkie Yakker | my little guy doesn't like the sprayer either. so a wet washcloth works well. He lets me squeeze it over his head.

| I do it really fast so my boys don't have much time to get frustrated. They still struggle when their faces go in, but it only lasts maybe 10 seconds...then they're let go, and they calm back down...I'm a mean mommy I guess, making them wash their faces like that, haha

| How to rinse the nose area I know, my girl dislike this part of her shower also. What I do is get a cup of water and apply finger fulls just above her black nose, below her eyes and let it run down. She approves of this much more than using her shower head, even on a gentle trickle. I just keep dribbling the water over the area, from my fingers until she is rinsed. Also, I dont apply shampoo there directly. Instead, I take a bit from that lathered into her chin and apply it in that area with a little massage so to clean the area and then rinse as I have described. I have had groomers tell me how to wash the head area of my Yorkie and hae watched videos. When I bath my girl, I focus more on her reactions and try to empathize to find what works best for her. She looks forward to bath time. The more I am empathetic, the better she is. Hope this helps. |

| I am a new to yorkies but I have found something that works pretty well for me. I purchased some regular cleaning sponges that are about the size of a 3x5 index card. Then I cut that in half. Using the spray nozzle I wet her head and under jaw with the spray nozzle. Then using the sponge I wet the rest of her face and gently wash around her eye area to remove eye gunk. I also use a little diluted shampoo in the sponge to wash the top of her head and muzzle and around the mouth. Once I have it washed to my satisfaction I rinse the sponge throroughly and go over her face with clear water several times to remove any soap residue and the very last thing I do is very quickly rinse the head and jaw again with the nozzle while shielding her eyes with my hand and at the same time holding her ears down to keep water from going into her ears. Hope this helps, it seems to work for me.
